worship
We have one worship service that meets in the sanctuary at 10:30am on Sunday mornings. Nursery is available for children ages Birth to 4, and all other children are invited to worship with their families.
Weekly online worship experiences can also be viewed live online. These worship experiences can be found on the “Online” page of this website in the top header, or on our Facebook or Vimeo page. WORSHIP
The worship service at CBCFC engages the congregation in the singing of “psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs” led by the adult choir, accompanied by piano and organ. Percussion, brass, and string instruments are also utilized in many services. children in worship
At Central Baptist, we believe that having children in worship is important for the entire church’s spiritual formation. Worshiping with adults helps children develop a sense of belonging to the church, and develop their identity with the people of God as a person of God. We provide Worship Carts in each service with tools and activities to help children engage worship.
preschool worship
During the worship hour, children ages 6 weeks through pre-kindergarten learn about the love of God in a variety of fun ways. Each week, children are reminded of three truths: God made me. God loves me. Jesus wants to be my friend forever. Pickup and drop off spots are in the Preschool Area, which is next to the church Media Center, and just before the Kids’ floor.
